Elisabeth Turner

Elisabeth Turner is an associate attorney, with a practice area focusing primarily on civil litigation in the real estate industry. She represents owners, developers, landlords, and other professionals in a range of real estate disputes. She has previous experience in mortgage finance litigation, representing institutional lenders and banks, and has served as a member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) Legal Issues Committee. She also co-authored the CMBA Mortgage Lender Licensing Laws Guide with the chair of the CMBA Legal Issues Committee.

Ms. Turner received her law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2014, where she was a member of the UC Irvine Law Review. She also received her Master of Business Administration from University of California, Irvine School of Business through the concurrent degree program. While obtaining her J.D. and M.B.A., she utilized her knowledge of business and law by working as an in-house legal intern at Paramount Pictures, and at Digital Offering Investment Bank.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Turner received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Southern California in 2009, where she was on the Dean’s List.
