Biography
Maurice A. McCall Jr. has significant experience in all phases of litigation from inception through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and final resolution - whether through mediation, settlement or trial. He has represented clients in both State and Federal Court.
Mr. McCall Jr. has represented and advised corporations, non-profit organizations, and individual clients across a wide spectrum of industries - including real estate, financial services, and complex civil matters involving contracts. He is a skilled negotiator with extensive experience in mediation and settlements. Clients appreciate his creative strategies that are grounded in his broader experience with adversarial proceedings involving complex business and contract disputes. While in law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
During his leisure time, he values spending quality time with his family, engaging in stock market investments, and reading literature on strategy and tactics.
