Biography
Lance Dismukes is an associate at Goodkin Law Group, APC whose practice focuses on real estate litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of disputes including lease disputes and related property and contractual issues.
Mr. Dismukes joined Goodkin Law Group, APC as an associate in 2026 after working with the firm throughout law school as a law clerk. In that role, he assisted the firm's attorneys in all phases of litigation.
Mr. Dismukes earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in May 2025. While in law school, he was a member of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dismukes received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, where he double majored in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics and International Business. After graduating from undergraduate studies, he worked in commercial real estate in Chicago, Illinois, where he gained industry experience that provides valuable perspective in his real estate litigation practice.
