Biography
Michael Seuylemezian is an associate with experience litigating a variety of real estate matters including commercial and residential Landlord-Tenant disputes, breach of contract, title, easements, and purchase and sale disputes.
Prior to law school, Mr. Seuylemezian earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in Music from Tulane University in Louisiana.
Mr. Seuylemezian obtained his Juris Doctorate from LMU Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2022. During law school, Mr. Seuylemezian served as a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and earned awards for both written and oral advocacy competing in both the Roger J. Traynor Moot Court Competition and the Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition. Mr. Seuylemezian also served as a Production Editor for the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Review.
Prior to joining Goodkin APC as an associate, Mr. Seuylemezian worked in the LMU Loyola Law School Sales & Use Tax Clinic as a volunteer for the California Tax Appeals Assistance Program. In 2021, Mr. Seuylemezian joined Goodkin APC as a Law Clerk until he was licensed in 2022 and elevated to associate.
