Allison J. Law
Allison J. Law's practice is focused primarily on civil litigation in the real estate industry. She represents owners, developers, landlords, and other professionals in business litigation. She also represents residential, commercial, and mixed-use property owners and developers in areas such as construction and development disputes, insurance disputes, partnership disputes, and landlord tenant affairs.
Ms. Law began her career with Goodkin APC as a law clerk in 2014 and joined as an associate in 2015. Ms. Law received her law degree from the University of Southern California Law School in May 2015. At USC, Ms. Law competed in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, in which she received the Fox Rothschild Best Brief Award for receiving the highest grade on the written brief portion of the competition and placed in the Quarterfinals. Additionally, Ms. Law received the American Jurisprudence Award In Federal Income Taxation and graduated with a certificate in Business Law. During law school, Ms. Law externed with the Honorable Marc Marmaro in Los Angeles Superior Court and volunteered with the LACBA Domestic Violence Project and Mental Health Advocacy Services.
She graduated magna cum laude in 2012 from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
Ms. Law is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
